The events of 2024 unveiled an Aquarina community where a compliance to a Board of Directors’ dictates revealed a Boards’ controlling posture, which may appear to be a violation of one of the State of Florida’s new HOA guidelines, i.e a fiduciary duty and responsibility to act in the best interest of the whole community.
