As you know, the Front Page of our Blog has a YES and a NO vote choice whether the current Board should be changed or removed to have a new Board that is more fiscally responsible with the Residents’ funds.
The current tally shows 45 YES votes for a change or removal of the current Board, and it shows 9 NO votes for a change or removal. Hmm.
That’s a 5 to 1 ratio for a change. Hmm.
A strong message to the Board seems to be growing among the Residents. As this Blog has always championed, the Board is the Community’s Service Center to maintain the working condition of the community – no more. It is not meant to run the community at its will and at its pleasure, to fulfill its own agenda, which unfortunately has occurred, where a group of six, with nothing to lose of their own, spend the Residents’ funds like Monopoly Money. This is not the behavior of fiduciary responsibility with which they were entrusted.
